One specific user on our Network is getting an
error "unable to display folder" when attempting to open a
public folder from the 'Public folders' section of the
Outlook 2000 folder list.
All other users can access this public folder without any
problems. The folder permissions for "default" are
create/read items, folder visible and edit all items.
There are no other permissions to override this. The
folder is set to available to "all users with access
permission"
We've tried removing and reinstalling Outlook 2000 (with
all relevant updates/patches) without any success.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
