There are two other question like this recently on this NG... Neither of those appear to have been answered and now I am getting a similar error on a particular user's computer.
We have Exchange 2000, Outlook 2000, etc. The interesting difference in my case is that some of the user's messages don't even show all the fields. If you can click on one of the messages without triggering the error, you can at least view it.
The user's mailbox behaves the same way if you create a new Outlook profile. Also, OWA seems to work ok. KB# 212955 doesn't apply.
