We have 30 user running Outlook 2003 with SP2, off an Exchange server
running Exchange 2003 with SP2. Occasionally some users receive the
following error when trying to forward e-mail:
"You do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation on this
subject. See the folder contact or your system administrator"
The errors happen randomly [the original messages are from different
senders]. All references on Google refer to public folders but these are in
the users in-boxes.
The only workaround we have found so far is to get the users to reply and
then to change the 'To' address but this is a bit impractical.
