Unable to get rid of error message in Outlook...

Hi, this is Nav. My work computer was upgraded recently and I recieved a new
system. The tech guy migrated all my data from old to new computer. Then my
computer got infected with some adware and IT guys had to refresh the hard
disk again, and they migrated all essential data to new disk again. But now,
everytime I try to insert addresses in a new composed message, by clicking on
"To" feild, a pop up window says "Address list could not be displayed. The
contacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened; it may
have been moved or deleted, or you do not have permissions. See MS Office
Outlook help." There's nothing in help about this. All my contacts are in
contacts folder. I have added the older contacts list by checking the "Show
this folder as an e-mail address book" box. Now, whenever I have to insert
addresses in new message, I get 2 tabs saying "Contacts". Only one works, the
other one gives me this message that I already mentioned. How can I get rid
of this bad "Contacts" tab from the "Select Names" list. Please suggest a
remedy.
Thanks a lot in advance.
