Unable to open a contact, "Invalid Entryid" appears

There are several contacts that I am unable to open or delete. A message
"Property dialog box could not be displayed. An Invalid Entryid was passed
in."

I can find no information which I am able to understand. Any suggestions
would be greatly appreciated!
