unable to open attachment w/long filename using Outlook Web Access

Environment: Exchange 2003, Outlook Web Access 2003

Problem: Experiencing a problem opening an attachment
with a long filename. The result is "Page Not Found" when
attempting to open long filename attachments.

Work-Around: Save the document using 8 by 3 naming
convention and attachment can be opened.

Any thoughts?
