Unable to Open Default E-mail Folders

The error message I receive when trying to open Outlook
after I upgraded from Office 2000 to Office XP says:

"Unable to open your default email foulders. the .dll
file for the imformation service could not be found.
MAPI was unable to load the information service
PSTPRX.DLL" then it says to "be sure the service is
correctly installed and configured.

what must I do to correct this? Seem to be at a loss for
the fix.
