unable to open MS Outlook 2002

The following error was received when I attempted to open
my MS Outlook 2002, can you help?

"Unable to open your default e-mail folder an unexpected
error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the
information service gwmsp1.dll. Be sure the service is
correctly installed and configured."
