Unable to open other users shared folders.

Hello,

We are unable to open any shared user folders such as a calander or
Address Book.
Only Entourage is affected, we have a single PC with outlook 2000 and
shared user
folders open without a hitch!

This is how I try and open a shared folders in Entourage:

Goto File then 'Open other user's folder', I then click on the Find
User icon then type in
part of the name and click find. I then select the user and press ok
taking me back to the
Open other User's Folder screen. I then press ok and get the following
error:

The user's folder could not be found.

Entourage could not find the mailbox for the user .



I've even tried the Advanced button wthin Select user and entering a
URL but get the same error.

Any help is appreciated.

I'm having the exact same issue at one of my client sites. We've got
ONE mac that is able to open deligates; the rest all get the same error
message you get. I can't see any difference in the settings,
permissions, etc. This is a mostly PC environment with multiple
windows servers (all 2k3) and exchange 2003.

They aren't too concerned about it, but it irritates me to no end that
I haven't been able to find a solution. Assuming I ever do, I'll make
sure to drop it in this topic.
