Unable to open Outlook after XP SP2 install

We're running Outlook 2000 on SBS Server. I upgraded 2 desktops and 1 laptop
to XP SP2. After doing so the laptop gives the error "Unable to open your
default e-mail folders. You do not have permission to log on." I removed and
reinstalled the profile with no luck. I changed the password requirement to
none which works but keeps asking for the password each time. How can I get
it to work as it should like the 2 desktops, with password authentication in
advanced settings?
