Hi,
Sally is running Entourage 2008 v 12.0.1 (080305) on Mac OS X 10.4.12 on a Power PC.
It has Exchange support as it's currently connected to an Exchange Server 2003 (not sure exactly the details of the Server - i can get if you need). All the basic functionality for Sally on Entoruage/Exchange is working fine (email, calendar) and when she goes to Web Based outlook she sees the same things as with Entourage.
Another user Jack has provided Sally with "Publishing Editor" privledges to his Calendar.
When she selects "Open Other User's Folder" from the file menu, then Browses to select a valid user (Jack) from Exchange, selects Calendar and then click open she gets the following message:
User's folder could not be found
Entourage could not find a mailbox for user Jack.
Jack does indeed have a valid account/mailbox (it was selected from the dialog box in the Open Other folder dialog) so no typo there.
Is there something else missing or some special trick?
Thanks,
-John
