Unable to open the default e-mail folders

Every time that I go to outlook I receive this message:

Unable to open your default e-mail folders. The .DLL file
for the information service could not be found. Mapi was
unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured.
I have installed office again but I receiving the same
message.
Help please!

have you deleted and recreated your mailprofile already? (since re-install
didn't work)

goto configurationscreen-> mail-> show profiles
