Unable to permanently change Reply E-mail address

In the "Internet E-mail Setting" dialog under Other User
Information I am able to change the Reply E-mail to the
address that I want. If I close down all dialog boxes
and open this up again the Reply Email is still set
correctly. However, if I shut Outlook down and restart
it, then it resets this value to the old value.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong.
