unable to print to hp940c from entourage x

I just loaded office mac v x and started using entourage
for my email. The problem I'm having is sometimes I'm
unable to print out my e mail. After I click on the
printer icon in the tool bar a preview window opens, I
click ok then the printer window opens and I click
print...


I don't think it's the printer
I'v had this printer 2 years and have had no problems
Until I installed office x and then the problem is only in
entourage I can print from all the other office
applications

Download and install the latest Office X updates, which are 10.1.2, 10.1.4,
and 10.1.5 (10.1.3 is unnecessary). They¹re available from Microsoft.

Have you downloaded the latest OS X updates from Software Update?
