Unable to read mail

I am unable to read some of my incoming mail. This started to happen about 4 months ago.

we will need much more information than that in order to help you. What does
that mean, "unable to read"? What do these messages have in common? Did
anything happen about 4 months ago that might have caused this behaviour?
