Unable To Receive Newsgroup

Hello All,

I recently tried adding a new newsgroup to Enourage 2008, to no avail.

I set up the news account using the easy-setup method, FYI the newsgroup is
Mozilla News, [ news://news.mozilla.org/ ]

I get Error ­50 Unable to receive newsgroup

It tries telling me to close Entourage and maybe rebuild the database, but
there¹s no chance this will fix it IMO.

Any help is much appreciated.

Was this a newsgroup on the Microsoft server?

Follow the directions here to subscribe to the Microsoft newsgroups.

Easy way to test. Create a new Identity and try subscribing in the new
Identity.
