Unable to remove 2007 (Beta) ERROR: OESETUP.DLL missing/damaged

I have this "DLL Hell" situation: OESETUP.DLL is on my system but is probably
corrupted. Here is the Office 2007 Catch 22: Cannot install full commercial
version unless remove all Betas and CTPs from the system. Now, cannot remove
any Beta or CTPs because of ERROR: OESETUP.DLL missing/damaged. Someone
please help!

Please check this KB article and just follow the steps to remove it
manually, you'll be able to remove traces of your beta version and install
regular ver.
