Unable to retrieve Junk E-Mail from Hotmail

After the latest Office Patch from Microsoft I am unable to retrieve
Junk E-Mail from my Hotmail account (even though there is mail in that
folder on the server).

I am using Entourage 2004
Version: 11.0.0 (040405)

I just tried the same test on my Powerbook (where I have yet to apply
the latest patch) and it works fine

Everything else seems to be working without issue.
