Unable to send email to specific people

Since June 1, 2005, I have been unable to send email to ONE particular
aol.com email address as well as ONE particular yahoo.com address. I
know I have the correct address and I cannot even reply to an email
sent to me by either of these people. I have been in contact with my
ISP at least 6 times and they tell me it is on my side. I have signed
in as root, and the problem is still there. I have uninstalled and
reinstalled Entourage without luck. Other than totally erasing my hard
drive and starting over again, I have no more ideas. Oh, yes, I can
send email from a different computer using my same setup except using
Entourage X instead of Entourage 2004. I am using OSX.3.9 on a G4, with
768 MB of memory and an 80 GB hard drive. I installed Entourage 2004
around the first of April. Suggestions?

You're not describing the problem. How do you know you "can't send"? What
sort o error or problem results when you do what?

1. Can you _address_ an email to these people?

2.When you click Reply to one of theirs do you get an properly addressed
message window?

3. What happens when you click Send? Does the message go to the Outbox?

4. Does the message leave the Outbox or do you get an error? What's the
error?

5. Or do you get a "Message Returned" some minutes or hours later? From
whom? What does it say?

1. Yes, I can "address" an email
2. Yes, I get a properly addressed message when clicking reply
3. Yes, the message goes to the outbos
4. No, the message does not leave the outbox. The error message says:
"An operation on the server timed out. The server may be down,
overloaded, or there may be too much net traffic. Error: 111" It does
not matter what time of day or night that I try to send this.
5. Nothing is sent, so nothing comes back.
