unable to send email

HELPPPPPPP ! I keep getting this message....and email is
returned (unless) the email address is posted in my
contacts list....How do I get rid of this ???

You probably need to turn on authentication to your outgoing server. You
can do so on the "Outgoing Server" tab for your mail account.
