Unable to Send in Outlook Express

Hello

I have the follow error message:

"Protocol: SMTP, Answer of Server: '550 5.7.1 Unable to
relay for (e-mail address removed)', Port: 25, Security(SSL): No,
Error of Serverr: 550, Number of error: 0x800CCC79"

(1)xyz.com is a domain that sits on another internal mail
server (not exch 2000)

(2)we are trying to send from an internal exch 2000 server
to xyz.com

(3)send and receive work fine in regular Outlook. I belive
the smtp address is wrong or something is blocked.

What could be causing the error message?
