Unable to send to accounts on exchange server

I've just started using Entourage 2004 at a new company.
I set up my account as an exchange server client.
I'm able to access my various boxes and calendars fine, I can receive
email, and I can send email to external email addresses fine.

When I send an email to someone at the same company (including myself),
the email goes without complaint and shows up in my "Sent" box on the
exchange server, but it does not get delivered to the recipient.

We're not seeing any errors logged on the exchange server.
From exchange's tracking page, we see "SMTP advanced queue failed to
deliver message"


Any advice on what might be misconfigured?
