unable to view original undeliverable message in NDR

Hi,

For some reason, I can't view the original message when a message bounces
back as NDR. The message does have a paper clip icon, but when I open it,
the paper clip or attachment disappears.

The outlook doesn't display any warning that the attachment was unsafe so
its been blocked.

I do see the original message attachment when I use the OWA for the same
user. I can then click on the paper clip and read the original message.

Any ideas how to get outlook to show the original message?
