Unattached Stationary

Is it possible to configure Outlook 2003 to send email with stationary but
have the stationary reside on a web server or internet box instead of having
to send it as an attachment?

Not sure - I don't use it (too much overhead). Did you see

PS: Stationary means "immobile" ;-)
