unattended install for language packs, /admin switch broke (?)

I want to push the Finnish and Swedish MUI to my existing Office 2007
installations. How can I create an answer file to preselect the options I
want in the MUI and run it without end user interaction on the machines?
The /admin switch return an error saying the needed files are not present in
both the Finnish and Swedish packs, so I'm guessing they weren't there to
begin with...

I can confirm that this is broken and M$ has no intention to fix this. I just
got nowhere dealing with Office support guys that keep sending me links but
don't even try to reproduce this issue. Currently there is no way to install
a single language pack (full or customized) in an unattended way onto an
existing Office 2007 installation (in my case Office 2007 Pro Plus VLM on XP
SP2 and Vista Enterprise).
