UNCLASSIFED message

How to remove the messege "UNCLASSIFIED" under the mail title? Everytime i
send a mail to others, the "UNCLASSIFIED" thing happens...
What does this mean?

Sounds like something that a third-party addin might be adding in. Do you
know which addins you might be using, or at least have installed.
