undelete deleted contacts

Could someone please tell me how to undelete a deleted contact. I can't find a deleted items folder, like there is for deleted emails, and there is no undo option in the edit menu.

Contacts cannot be undeleted. You will need to restore it from your backup
(hope you have one). If not, check with your Exchange administrator to see
if backups are maintained.
