Under Services > Mail, mail.app not Entourageis used, how do I change it?

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel
Email Client: Exchange

For expample trying to email a file off the desktop in Finder one goes to Services then Mail, but the Mac mail.app pops up and not Entourage, how do I change it to use Entourage?

Sorry, those services are designed specifically for the Mail application.
However, you can simply drag the document onto the Entourage Dock
application icon to attach it to an outgoing message.

If you want Entourage to provide more services, send feedback to Microsoft.
Be sure to specify what kinds of services you'd like to see and how they
would improve your workflow.
