How do I create an "undisclosed-recipient" email address

There is no such thing.
Put the addresses in the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field of the mail header.
If that field doesn't show while you're composing a E-mail go to the View
menu and select 'BCC Field'.

There is such a thing. I recieve emails with the to:
entry as "Undisclosed - Recipients". They don't use BCC
with this??? I'm assuming it might be an Outlook
function and not Outlook Express??

a.. Create a new message in your email client.
b.. Insert "Undisclosed Recipients" in the To: field, followed by your
email address in "<,>" braces.
a.. The To: field should look like: "Undisclosed Recipients
<your.email@address>".
c.. Put all the recipients' email addresses in the Bcc: field, separated
by commas.
a.. The Bcc: field could look like: "[email protected], [email protected],
[email protected]".
d.. Compose your message.
e.. Send it.

No there isn't.
Some email programs just put that label in the To: field when you put
addresses in the BCC field.
Outlook does not.
