Undoing Add to Junk Senders List

J

Jerry Big

Either I inadvertantly added some of my coworkers to
Outlook's junk e-mail sender's list, or Outlook 2002 has
a mind of its own.

How do you "undo" an address that has been added to Junk
Sender's List?
Where is that list, anyway?

Outlook 2002 help says to create a rule that send that
person's e-mail back into your in box. Seems like going
through you a__ to get to your elbow.

Click tools - Organize - Select Junk Email - on that
screen you will find the following: "The Junk and Adult
Content filters identify messages by looking for key
words. They are not 100% accurate. For more options click
here" - Click on the click here and that will display a
screen that will have a link to the dialog windows to
edit you junk senders list.

Anyone got a solution for outlook 2003?
All the mails from Antigen (not junk, but not a valid e-mail address
either) are getting classed as junk.

Add the Antigen address, even if it's invalid, to the safe list.

I can't, it is not an e-mail address, because antigen send straight
from the SMTP server. SO there is no @ in the address and the safe
senders refuses an invalid address!

How about a rule that looks for "containing specific words in the sender
address", where "specific words" is something that is in that mal-formed
address, and moves it to Inbox?
