Uninstalling B2TR

I

Inick06

B2TR will not Unistall. I get error message 1402.Setup.
Cannot uninstall because can not access Unknown\.pps\PersistantHandler....
Any advise on how to proceed with Unistalling the B2TR? I tried through Add
Remove but that's what I get; then it rolls back.
Thanks for any advise.

Thanks Milly. I don't seem to be able to get the first step to work.
Msiexc.exe opens but with info in the box and can't drag .msi files into it.

If you can think of anything else, I would be grateful. I got the new
office 2007 Pro today and I know that I can't install it.
Have a great day.

You can keep going if you hit an error in the first step. The subsequent
steps will remove it for sure

Thanks. It finally worked and was able to install the new Office. It is at
the installed programs, although the B2TR is still showing in the Add/Remove
Programs; but at least the New Version is working properly.
Thanks again to both you and Milly.
