unknown frontpage component error

F

fbc

Did site search per instructions in book. When
publishing site, it now does not recognize the frontpage
component.
see http://www.fbcbrandon.org/sitesearch.htm

I am positive server extensions are installed. I am using
many other features that require it on this site. I also
tried updating server extensions to make sure we have
latest version.

Is there any good way to report problems to Microsoft.
Their website only lists things that cost money.

i HAVE TRIED SEVERAL VERSIONS:
HTTP://WWW.FBCBRANDON.ORG/(page below)
a) searchonserver.htm (this one does not seem to
recognize the front page component)

b) searchcompoent.htm (look ok on page, but when enter
text and start search - gives error that needs server
extensions which are definetly Installed)

c) site_search.htm (does not seem to recognize frontpage
component either and although when you do VIEWSOURCE in
the browser, it appears in the previous email you
replied, it does not look that way when editing in code
view - in html code view it looks like this:

<!--webbot bot="Search" S-Index="All" S-Fields S-
Text="Search for:" I-Size="20" S-Submit="Start Search" S-
Clear="Reset" S-TimestampFormat="%m/%d/%Y" TAG="BODY" --

I am really puzzled. Also, I would like to mention this
is FrontPage 2003 on Windows 2003 server.
Any help would be appreciated greatly.
