Unknown Program Trying to Access Address Book

I have the same problem, but its with a new Dell E1505 with XP.
Adobe is not loaded on the machine. Trying to track down, but running into a
wall.
My other XP machines with "Office" do not have the problem.
How can I spy on the process to see what is "Touching" Outlook.
