Unread email not appearing in Inbox

Hi all,

I am using Entourage x for MAC. In the Mail and New preferences, I have
my Unread email to be highlighted in RED, which workes fine. My INBOX
is indicating there is 1 unread email, but it does not appear. I have
tried to find it using STATUS in FIND, but with no success. The program
workes fine, no problems at all but for this 1 unread email.

Is my entourage corrupt? or has anyone seem this glitch before?

Go to View > Unread Only to reveal unread items in your INBOX. If that
doesn't work, select it again to return to normal view.

If this is a non-POP account, press Option-Command-L to repair the message
list.

If that doesn't work, try rebuilding the database. In Entourage X, first go
to Entourage -> Turn Off Office Notifications. Now, quit Entourage, and
then restart Entourage holding down the Option key. When the Rebuild dialog
box comes up, choose to do a Typical Rebuild. If that does not fix the
problem, repeat the procedure, instead opting to do the Advanced Rebuild.
