What causes the bold () to appear even though there are
no messages in the public folder? We have associates
that have added a public folder to their shortcut bar and
the unread messages notification was working up until
yesterday. Now a bold (1) is appearing behind the icon
and there are no messages in the folder. They do not
have filtering turned on so it's not like the message is
being hidden by a filter. How do you get rid of the (1)?
