Unsafe Attachment

I have just received a zipped attachment that I am expecting but it has been
put in Unsafe Attachment. Can anyone tell me how to recover it?

Since Outlook doesn't have an "Unsafe Attachment" container, you'll have to
change the add-in that's doing the quarantine.
