I am the WIndows net admin at a small private university.
We run Exchange 2K on Win2k servers.
Our IT director (of all people) has a wierd problem with his Outlook 2003.
It randomly creates up to two add'l copies of his calendar, tasks and notes
folders to view. The original folders are the only "real" folders (i.e.
connected to Exchange), the other two are always empty. IF he deletes
them, he gets a warning, which he dismisses.
When he connects again, the folders are recreated at random times.
Add'l. info,
He has a Palm w/ HotSync. It worked with OfficeXP but won't sync with
Office2003. It acts like it is syncing but nothing goes accross.
Any advice would be appreciated.
