We have a generic user named "staff" that has a shared address book and
calendar. We want these two items to be available to users in both Entourage
and OWA. In Entourage it works fine by using "open other user's folder". In
OWA this option does not seem to be available.
So, is there a way to get that address book auto synced with a user's
default address book?
