Update database creates tables with _IM0, _IM1 suffix

Hi!
I want to keep my database's schema synchronized with a database model I
have in Visio. Sometimes, after running the Update Wizard, I see that some of
the modified tables have been duplicated with an _IM0, _IM1, _IM2 etc.
suffix. At first, I though that this was some kind of backup of the modified
table. Later I noticed that this is not the case, since none of the tables
(original or copies) have the same schema with the table on my Visio db
model. No matter how many times I trie to synch the schema using the Update
wizard I can not get the desired results.
Any ideas?

AFAIK Visio is not intended to be used as n on-going maintenance tool.
