My girlfriend asked me to fix her inbox and what I've found is that after
she updated entourage her two email accounts and all of her inbox and other
folder contents are gone.
It appears to be a totally clean install, and I can find no traces of the
previous files on her computer...
I'm not real familiar with macs, so I could be missing something big...
She says this has happened before. Both times she opened entourage and it
said there were updates available and she said install now, so it did, and
now her messages are all gone.
I looked in the documents/microsoft user data/office 2004 identities/main
identities folder and it seemed clean and new...
No other identities are available.
