Update on Sync Combo Boxes

Ok, got the second problem of the categories list only displaying the first item in the list regardless of what was clicked on within the list to work properly.....just required "rearranging" the select query :-

However, now once I move to the second line (record) within the subform the category that was choosen for the first line doesn't display anymore, nor does it display on any of the records - any clue why? The control source is set to categoryid, and it is updating the table correctly, it just doesn't show up on the form. big arrrg

Still have the stupid prompt box appearing too.
