Update Outlook KB894384 fails, all other 2003 updates pass

Upon installing Office 2003 updates on XP Pro computer, all the updates
download and install perfectly except KB894384, which fails to download. This
happens on each computer I try it on. I could not find any knowledge based
articles on it. Upon failure, there is no error code associated with it.
