Update second worksheet with changes in original worksheet

Hi,
I am trying to update a second worksheet (W2) with the changes in the
original worksheet (W1) without linking individual cells. Here is what I am
trying to create:
W2 Column A = W1 Column A
W2 Column B = W1 Column B
W2 Column C = W1 Column C + Column D
W2 Column D = W1 Column C + Column D + Column E

My goal is to ultimately convert W2 into a *.CSV file that will upload data
into SAP
