Until recently, Entourage would open three windows when I started it:
Address Book, Mail and Calendar.
Since installing the latest upgrade (11.2.1), Entourage still opens three
windows on startup, but they are Address Book, Address Book 2 and Mail
I've tried everything I know to get it to revert to the previous behavior,
which is far more useful. I've rebuilt the database, created a new identity,
smeared goat blood and even read the manual. Nothing worked.
Any suggestions?
