Upgrade from Project 2000 Standard

I am trying to convince our systems folks to upgrade to
Project 2003 (so that can integrate our existing timesheet
product).

Are there any major impacts in doing this upgrade to
either the desktop or project plans created in 2000?

No, you just get a few more baselines.
Some VBA code written in later versions breaks when you try to run it in
Proj2000, but if you upgrade all or if you don't use much VBA then it won't
be a problem.
