Can anyone help me ? How do I dump this turkey of an upgrade ?
Entourage crashes every single time I highlight any piece of mail. Is
there a FIX ? How do I locate and dump an upgrade ?
Other than using "Remove Office" and installing from the CD there is no
reversal built into the upgrade installer.
I suggest testing Entourage in a new User. Go to System Preferences and
create a new user. Enter some basic info in Entourage and see if the problem
still exists. If yes, then your Office install and/or OS needs help. If it
works, then it's your Entourage database.
I can suggest an alternative third party solution to this kind of situation.
