Upgrade of oem student/teacher standard office trial to full office professional

Do I need to uninstall the trial preinstalled
student/teacher standard version in order to install the
full office professional from regular cd's (site license
where I work)?

When you start the installation of your version, Office installer should prompt you to uninstall the trail version first.
You should backup any related files of the trial version before you do your permanent installation.
