upgrade Outlook 2000

Hello,
I have used Outlook 2000 on Windows XP Pro platform. I want to upgrade this
version now. On Microsoft download site I found some upgrade files and I
already download some too. But when I install it I got message that version
is not correct. I used this Outlook version 9.0.0.2711. I used IE 6 that I
also want to upgrade. Hopping some guideline by this group.
