Hello:

I mistakenly was provided a copy of Microsoft Office Home & student 2008 and found out it does not support Exchange.

I purchased a MacBook Pro to use for my hobby software projects ( learning website development) and although this computer is for fun and hobby, I still wanted to be able to have my work email (Exchange mail) available to me on this machine.

I cannot return the software because it is opened< so is there a way I can purchase an upgrade from where I am to the Mac Office 2008 standard?

I know, I should have read the box, but I failed to do so. How can I correct this?

Thanks for your help.

if the product is not what you expected then you should be able
to return it. Also, Microsoft will honor returns through the retailer
where you purchased the product or by contacting Microsoft directly
