Upgrade to Tiger: guidance required

I am using Office 2004, Entourage 11.1.0, OSX 10.3.9, and wish to move up
to Tiger. I have searched this newsgroup, and anything else I can think
of, but cannot find any notes on what I have to do to preserve and restore
my entourage data once I have re-built my system and re-loaded Entourage.

Can anyone point me at an appropriate resource ?

Do an Archive & Install (or a simple Upgrade, if you prefer) and you don't
have to do anything at all.
